NEW YORK!!!!!!!

Last weekend we went to New York!!! It was the most exciting experience I've ever hed. We left Milford at 6.30 on Sundat morning and we didn't arrive there until 11.30
We went to Rockefeller Center, and we were buying at the 5th Avenue for 2 hours.
Then we made a tour, where we saw the most important places of New York, such as Central Park, Round Zero, Empire State, Dakota Building...
After that we went to China town, and there we bought lots of things, besides if you bargain you can get better prices.
Then we went to Times Square, because our hotel was there, the area where it was located was great, the 7th Avenue, althouh I didn't like it at all, nobody liked it, it was really scary, but we were together so we had fun...
In the afternoon we saw the show Legally Blonde it was wonderful!!! I really loved it...
Next morning we went to the Statue of Liberty by ferry, I didn't imagine it like this , I thought that it was bigger, but I liked it though. Then we lost the ferry so we were waiting for the next one.
Afterwards we went to China town again, and then to the Moma but we didn't feel like going there..
Finally we came back at 9.30, New York the best city ever!!!!

BOSTON CELTICS - NEW YORK KNICKS

I don't have words to explain how I felt yesterday. It was amazing, we got in the stadium at about 6:30 and the match started at 7:30.
I love basketball, and I've never been in a match , so for me it was wonderful, although we lost, but it;s not what matters.
We were shouting and jumping because we wanted to appear in the screen, but at least we didn't... Anyway, although things could have been better yesterday was one of the best days ever!!!

NEWPORT

That town is wonderful!! We spent there all the day. First we saw the Breakers mansion, it was amazing, I've never been in a so huge house, it has 70 rooms, and we visited some of them, it was really interesting. Then we went to another mansion but I don't remember from whom, anyway I think the first was the best one.
After that we had lunch and then we saw the town and bought many things, we also saw the (puerto), and took lots of pictures!! I think it was a great day!!

We saw some really cool stores, ecause there were a lt in the town


And then we went to see the boats and the sea, it was very beautiful

PUMPKINS

Elle and I made these pumpkins last weekend, I've never done one, so I did it as the ones I've seen in yhe movies, it;s not so bad to be the first,!!!

Sturbridge

It's an old village, where people are dressed like in the medieval age. We went there with our hosts. It was funny at the first because we took a lot of photos and it seemed as if you were in that age, houses were made of wood, people travelled on a carriage pulled by horses... But then we were a bit bored because it smelled too bad, and everything was the same.
When we came back we ate pizza with some of our hosts and their friends, and they had to speak spanish, I think it was funnier than Sturbridge but I had a really good time.

1st day in BOSTON!!!!!

Today it was a great day!!! We went to Boston by the yellow bus... it was funny althoug very unconfortable.
We went on the Duck tour, it was like a bus, but then it can go into the water, we saw Boston with a very funny guy, who was talking all the time, he told us stories about every single place we saw...
Then we went to the science museum, it was very interesting!! There were so many different gadgets... I really loved it!!


The duck tour was very funny, and the man was so extrange!!!!

THE FIRST DAY AT MHS (milford high school)

Classes here are totaly different, they only have four subjects, but everyday the same ones, I think it's more boring, but I prefer this classes
When we arived there we had a meeting, and there we went with our hosts to their classes.
I really liked the time for lunch, because it reminds me to some movies( evrithing here reminds me to movies)...
The last class was the funniest one, it was French, and we are four Spanish students, so we can talk...
After school, my host and Bea and Elena's ones had cheerleading, so we went to saw them with Sara too, I think it's a really hard work, but they realle love it!!

MY FIRST DAY:

The trip was extremely long, it lasted more than 10 hours since we left Valladolid.
When we arriver to milford we went to th e High School, and families werw waiting for us ther with posters, it was really exciting, then we went home with them and talking for a long time, but I was very tired, so I went to bed soon.
On monday we had a welcome party, at Emily's house, there we knew our friend's hosts,
then Elle(my host), and elena and Bea's ones came to "my house" and we were jumping in Elle's trampolin, and like they are cheerleaders, ther were showing us what can they do, it'a really amazing.
At night we went to see them training, and it was just like in the movies...
I'm very happy because I can understand them almost always, and I thought that I couldn't it's being a wonderful exparience!!!!
